Money-Back Guarantee

NebuSense guarantees that all our products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use and conditions. We offer a 60-day period for you to evaluate your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied within this time, we will replace or refund your order at no additional cost, including free shipping if applicable. To prevent misuse of our 60-day money-back guarantee and receiving a free product, we ask that you ship the product back to us. This guarantee is valid for 60 days after you receive your order.

1 Year Warranty

NebuSense warrants all nebulizers to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, and agrees to repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer, including free shipping if applicable, for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date. 

Warranty Limitations

Our warranties do not cover:

• Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental, contract trade, or commercial use.
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
• Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.

Claim Procedures

Claims for defective products must be made within 60 days after delivery for the moneyback guarantee and within one year from the delivery date for the 1 year warranty.

We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field. Pictures and/or videos are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice. We cannot process any warranty claim without clear pictures and/or videos of the issue. For some claims, a video is required.

If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced. It is our policy to simply send a replacement if needed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
